Received two prompt email acknowledgements of my message but then
nothing happened for 5 days. I emailed again  saying I had to leave the
area in a few days.  I received a prompt email acknowledgement of my
message.  Now 4 more days have elapsed and nothing has happened.  I have since left
town.    I wonder if  the prompt responses were just email "form
letters"?  I will take my business elsewhere when I return.

The commission was 5 percent. The agent was absolutely wonderful. She was all over it. She was fabulous. I made some special requests from her. Specifically I did not want the house to be shown except by appointment and I wanted her to be there first to turn on the lights, open the windows and spray the spray that smells like a loaf of freshly baked bread. I wanted her to actually present the house and tell about the history of the house instead of the door just flying open for any potential buyer. She was there time after time after time and she worked really hard to sell my house. My house was only on the market for 4 days. We had 4 offers in 4 days. We staged the house, she had her marketing efforts and I did improvements to the house and had it cleaned thoroughly. I would recommend her with no reservations. My opinion of her is really top notch. I had sold real estate years ago in a former life in another state so I know what it takes.

Diane Andrews is the real estate agent that we worked with.  She was very good.  We purchased our house very quickly.  We also sold our other house quickly.  Their price was reasonable and it was the standard 6%.  She gave us very good advice and brought us through the process.  We did a very quick turn around.  She was the one who recommended home staging so that we moved out and had a professional stager come in.  We repainted everything and staged the house.  It looked gorgeous and we sold it even before we opened it to the public.  We were very happy.  She was fabulous and we would definitely use her again in the future if need be.
