After 3 cancellations and a no show that kept me waiting in all day, this company were extremely disorganized and unhelpful. I left a multitude of voice mails and emails for the manager and they claimed a service engineer came although nothing was fixed and there was no sign that he was even there. I am currently in dispute with them over a $380 invoice they sent me after not calling me or emailing back. It was a horrible, frustrating experience. They have numerous 1 star reviews on yelp in the last 6 months concerning this same issue.

We used London some years ago to clean and repair both our chimney s. The lead was Mikey". Arrived one time, very professional, careful to keep carpets protected, acted like we were doing them an honor for choosing them. Definitely would use them again when it's time.

The company sent 2 people. One cleaned the chimney and the other gave me a tutorial on fire safety, how to build a fire, how to put out a fire, where to put an extra smoke detector, etc. They were very tidy and the whole process took less than an hour.
