 + -1 moreThey handled my escort very efficiently. The second day after closing, the closing statement is in my hand already. This is quick. In addition, the estimate they provided was very accurate.
Description of Work: They are the escort company for my re-finance. Very easy to work with. I just spent less than 30 minutes in the whole process.

Description of Work: The folks at Fidelity National Title organized the paperwork during the purchase of our home. They were organized and on time and the prices were reasonable. Their prices seem reasonable, but I have not compared the prices of other title companies.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY PROVIDED GREAT SERVICE, AND WENT BEYOND WHAT I EXPECTED. THE PRICE WAS NORMAL FOR THIS SERVICE, AND THE PAPER WORK TOOK LESS THAN AN HOUR TO COMPLETE.
Description of Work: THE AGENT ASSIGNED TO OUT NEW PURCHASE OF A CONDO. SINCE WE LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTY, AND WE WERE UNABLE TO GET TO THEIR OFFICE THEY SENT A SERVICE REP. TO OUR HOME. SHE ARRIVED WELL PREPARED AND WITH A BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE.
