Hoskins and Sons Construction

This is a second generation construction business with 3 men who do the work. Together they have amassed almost 80 years of experience between them.  They broke ground on our new kitchen in early October and I was cooking Christmas dinner by the 25th of December!  Every aspect of the construction went smoothly, including the scheduling of inspections, final reports, etc.  We were especially pleased that they provided us with contracts outlining every phase of the work and there were no surprises.  They stuck to our budget and while we made some changes during the process, it did not exceed our original agreement.  The next phase of the work was the interior remodeling of our home which included updating electrical, installing security lights, adding more insulation to our attic, painting the interior, laying tile in our bathrooms and installing new toilets.  This work was also done within our time constraints and we again came in on budget.  The last phase is now underway with the construction of a 16 foot storage/closet area in the new garage.  This work has again surprised us with their ingenuity by customizing the space to circumvent issues created by the garage door mechanism near the storage space.
