Description of Work: Sham Wilk and his phenomenal crew built a garage for us with a studio apartment above it. They were so great to work with...always concerned with top quality. Knowing we were on a fixed budget they worked with us throughout the entire project to find ways to trim costs while still delivering a quality product. Sham is truly a man of integrity and we had full trust in him and his crew. He has our highest recommendation!

 + -1 morePerfect. After having water damage, I contacted Cornerstone Construction. We went over the design thoroughly. It was crucial to incorporate the living room and kitchen/cabinets in sync with the views. It all went well, all the decisions made the project come together perfectly. The quality of the work was awesome and many of Sham's ideas for how to rebuild outdated portions of the home were perfect. It was a complete, perfect transformation. I am extremely satisfied.
