Two jobs:
1. Dryer vent need replacement;
2. 1984 Coleman heater wouldn't ignite.
I called Mr. Workman and he responded promptly. Made several trips (1 1/2 hours each way) but didn't charge for travel time. Took him a week to fix our heater as the manufacturer kept giving him faulty new parts, but he stuck with it and finished the job. This man is GREAT and I recommend him HIGHLY! Please read the above comments on this man. His work ethic is absolutely PERFECT! I love this man! He is the greatest!

I wanted to know if there was any work needed to be done on the unit. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. The guy actually turned out to be perfect. Although, he took quite a bit of time to do the work, he tested all the vents to check how efficient they were. He did a really good evaluation of my whole system. He was also very economical. He was very good and did a very thorough job. I would use this company again in the future.

I was very pleased. In Merced, I have had my share of boorish, incompetent workmen that try to pull the wool over your eyes. This experience was pleasant, professional, and most of all, I felt that Troy Workman was honest and knowledgeable. He told me that he taught HVAC at community colleges. Also, he believes in repairing as opposed to pushing new units for the sake of sales.
