we requested estimates from several local companies. All except this one wanted to replace several other components greatly increasing the cost. Mark was very clear about what specifically was needed and gave us several repair options other than full unit replacement. We ultimately decided to replace the whole a/c condensing unit, but we felt really good about the decision because of all the options and info provided by Mark. He never attempted to "upsell" us to equipment we didn't need. Work was completed timely and professionally. Price was right on estimate. Excellent contractor!
