Outlets installed. Kevin was fantastic on second visit and even apologetic for making me feel bad the first time they came out. Christin is amazing and has been the definition of friendly even when I was a total jerk and misinformed. Rocky start, but luckily their electricians and office staff have been patient and understanding the whole time.

lowered pole to the ground..installed fixture..tested... put pole back up ..18 foot tall pole.

We had purchased some environmental light bulbs and it was shorting out the switches and so he came and switched the switches. They are prompt and their people are very professional. They know what they are doing.

Went very well beginning to end. Responsive to telephone call outlining the problem(former line had to be replaced due to recent electric code changes). Provided estimate on time and iclear fashion; not the lowest bid by far, but knowlege, problem recognition,, were best of the 5 bidders.
Work was scheduled, procedures were outlined, and the designated technicians arrived on time. We were happy about that since some serious closet shuffling was needed for attic access, and minmum time was wasted.
Later, several hours after the tecjs left, I discovered the newly installed plug box had an unwieldly open and close door and screw.
I called Tri_Phase, and the technician reutrned shortly and loosened the screw; it will be replaced. Access to the pwer plug is
needed often for routine Jacuzzi operation and adjujstment.
We are satisfied with the work.
