Extremely inconvenient! As a busy working mom who doesn’t have time to be running to the bank and post office I would recommend someone else who offers electronic payments. They only take checks by mail to avoid service fees by offering credit card transactions. 1000/10 would not recommend!

We had an exellent experience with Spiva property inspection. They were flexible with our necessary cancellations (due to contract cancellations, etc), and rescheduling was easy. They were thorough on inspection, explained everything, and provided an extremely detailed report within 24 hours of inspection. We were thrilled; our realtor was impressed and commented that she would steer her clients Josh's way due to the diligent way the inspection was handled. After seven plus months in the house, we have not discovered anything that the inspection missed and we've got a to-do list from the inspection prioritizing a couple of the things that needed to be replaced or redone. Completely satisified.
