Excellent Service, price, and customer service.

Super nice guys. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, fair price.

Although I tried to pay the manager for his services, he insisted on doing the inspection for free. Before any road trip, I take my car into Racobs for a check of oil, tires, and fluids. I am never charged. The manager did consent to letting me bring donuts for the staff next time.

Things did not end well at all.
Mark, the owner is a JERK.
After nearly two weeks at their shop, my wife was dropped of by me to bring her vehicle home. Before she left the shop, she noticed there were scratches and dents that were not there before. She informed the shop mngr, Chris, before she drove off. He told her, no worries. So the following day she returned to speak with Mark, unfortunately the owner.

He ignored her even though she was within viewing distance to him and was made aware she would be there to discuss her concerns. When he was ready to turn his attention to her from his oil change, he reluctantly walked over to the vehicle and stated his workers were to careful to let this damage happen. He was upset to the point that he told her to take the vehicle to a body shop and get as nitpicky as you want. He also told NEVER to RETURN to the shop. He was so rude he made her CRY. The shop manager tried to console her after he noticed her crying.
We saw her car parked out front, solo, one day on our way to the coast. They claimed the car was ALWAYS parked near an inoperable vehicle in order to protect it. They had the vehicle for nearly two weeks. That was a lie. We both saw the vehicle parked out front. Who knows how many days it was parked liked that. Anyone who has picked up a car from a repair shop knows there is always lots of traffic coming and going.
We were completely UNHAPPY with Marks LACK of customer service, ACCUSATORY attitude and RUDE behavior with regular customers.
We do NOT recommend ever going to RACOBS Auto Repair as long as Mark is the owner. He has no customer service skills at all. He will accuse you of being a liar and trying to rip him off. He will tell you to go to h***.

They are fabulous and wonderful. They are totally reliable, men of integrity, really honest and dependable beyond belief. They are so dependable that, occasionally I take muffins for them. I have 4 Toyotas and they have dealt with numerous cars for me.
