Mark went the extra mile to go find a comparable replacement (at a local supply) for the 1954 Standard in wall assembly (not available at the big box stores) that has had a chronic slow drip since (a competing plumbing company worked on the problem). Work was quick & competent, now without a drip. And a new shiny fixture. My third experience, will call again if needed.

 + -1 moreTook off a urinal to unclog pipe. Didn't check with us when he "finished" Ran off, didn't re caulk, and left a huge mess all over the floor. Found out the urinal leaks no after the service.

Description of Work: They replaced a sewer line to the city line. Original estimate by another plumbing company in town was TWICE what MIT quoted us because the other company didn't investigagte the true work necessary and therefore grossly overestimated. There were problems with the communication to schedule the work and overall professionalism was lacking. But the quality of work was great and the price was great. I would use them again because when I need a plumber, professionalism is not at the top of my criteria for hiring a plumber.

Description of Work: we were having problem with the dish washer drain hose under the sink. i replaced the parts twice but still had a leak. when the repair tech from mit took a look he said that the double drains were not lined up correctly (which were installed by another plumber from a contractor). he replaced and correctly lined up the drains and i have not had a problem since.
