Vacuum Cleaners
Well the repairs were ok ,really slow. They had my vacuum a long time. I called to check up on it and the man who answered the phone said this. Did we call you? I said no. Then he said well do you have an answering machine I said yes then he says. Well if we didn't call you or leave a message then its not done yet. It took all I had not to start swearing at this old man. I told him it had been a long time and for all I know you lost my #. I have children I need to be able to clean my house and if a part was taking a long time to get in then a courtesy call would have been appreciated. Horrible people I will never go back. Lousy customer service.
