My vehicle I had required a 0w-20 synthetic oil change. Merced toyota was the cheapest synthetic oil change by 10. Not much but a dealer oil change mad me feel a lot better. Good overall service and very friendly. A little hard to get an appt with my work schedule but they were able to work with my schedule

All went according to schedule (I had an appointment).
I feel confident about quality and believe they'll stand behind their work. Under that service agreement, I'm doing a better job keeping my vehicle in good shape than I've done before.
I've been very happy with smaller shops in the past -- personal relationships and high pride of workmanship; but I feel at least as confident with the Toyota crowd, particularly the Merced dealership.
The wait was longer than I would like (what's new, eh?); but I have been quite satisfied for more than 2 years and recently extended my service contract.

I chose them because I own a Toyota so I figured I'd just try going with the dealer. There were a couple of lights on the dash that I wanted checked and I thought they would be the best people to know the reason. I liked them because I felt like giving the concerns that I had expressed that they checked into, they didn't take advantage of that to do anything that was unnecessary and therefore charge me for things that weren't necessary. I had to wait for the service to be done and the waiting area was not all that comfortable. They took my car and started working on it right away. They did what was expected and in the time frame that was expected.

I walked in and they know everything about my car, it on their computer. They call me by name. They bring me home and pick me up and all that kind of stuff. They send me a card to inform me to do the checkup.
