DON'T GO HERE!! Truck broke down and no estimate or authorization was given prior to work being done. Was a given a sky-high bill and truck continued to break down 5 more times with same problem. Was told when paying for the first visit that if any further problems (similiar) occured, there would be no more charges and they would fix it. On last breakdown, surprize.......my truck was held hostage for another titanic (sinking) bill!! Again ...no prior authorization or estimate given prior to work being done and Bob (owner) broke his verbal agreement to fix it free of charge if it continued to have the same problems. Beware of their illeagal practice (per the Bureau of Automotive Repairs) their invoices that contain your signature authorizing work to be done is not presented to you to sign until time of pickup, therefore forcing you to sign it in order to retreive your vehicle after the fact which is illegal!!
