It's been a little less than a year since we used their services so the date AND the cost are NOT accurate (the review forces one to fill those items out). And, I don't know the technical details but it seems to me that they snaked the clogged plumbing from the outside access. This may be a simple matter for some, but for us when are toilet wasn't flushing adequately (and we'd kind of let it go for way too long), they came and did the job promptly, quickly, and for a fair price (though the amount escapes me again). We would call them again.
