I was having a lot of trouble with the person who inherited the property. Jay worked with Merced County got the permits did all the leg work for me very quickly. His quick response and attention to detail saved me money and took a lot of stress off of my shoulders. Jay and his family team did a great job and the property is very neat and clean.
