They did the work and cleared it all up. After a few months when I went to start fertilizing and planting something at the back, the soil was hard so I dig up the soil and there was a huge trunk still left that was supposed to be taken down. So I called the guy and told him that they promised to take the tree down by twelve inches and that was not done. So he came out to check and he said that his men did not do the job properly, so he sent them to fix it. He came right out with the men and ground it down by twelve inches. He came back, he did not charge me and he apologized.
