Ease plumbing

We decided to replumb a granny house mobile home. The plumbing was so old that it was beginning to smell of metal and the flow rate was getting intolerable. Eric responded immediately and came out to check and see what we needed. He made some excellent recommendations wrote up a proposal that was very competitive and was out to do the work within a few days. When Eric was in site he made additional recommendations (included in the original agreed price), that were better given the type of plumbing we had. At the same time we wanted Eric to install a manufactures water heater that I had ordered. Unfortunately the water heater did not arrive on time but Eric came back out and installed the heater. Then, there was a problem with the manufactured water heater completely unrelated to Eric’s work. Eric figured out what the problem was and corrected it, again no charge. Throughout the work, Eric’s team was efficient, courteous and very proactive about getting the work done. Eric responded to text messages or calls immediately and if I texted, called me back within an hour. A few days after completing the work Eric texted me to make sure everything was working properly. I have recommended Eric’s team to people at my church.

Called in late afternoon and he was out of town. He apologized but offered other competitors If I needed
Quick service. But I liked his friendly attitude and was able to wait one night.

Early the next morning he arrived on time and quickly located a small hidden clean-out in the laundry and got the drain line flowing again.
Unfortunately, this drain can leak backup water into the garage floor. At my request, he soon located a main access point located two feet down in a flower bed. He returned later in the day with fittings and installed a ground level extension. If I have zany trouble in the future, it will be easy to get too.
