Costco

I buy things almost every week and I go there for gas. I go at least once a week maybe twice. If I buy anything from Costco I know it's going to be good quality. If I buy something and it's recalled they send me a letter. I got some frozen drumsticks from them one time and they sent me a recall letter. I only had one or two left and I took them in and they gave me a whole new box. I said that's not right but he said that's what we do. The employees at the store are very professional. I use them constantly.

Rep from Custom Decorators (a vender for Costco) made a home visit and described the process for our desire to install new carpet. Very professional presentation. Left samples for our selection. We made a selection and a quote was provided. Once we accepted the terms of the project and the completion took only 23 days which included manufacturing, shipment and installation. Performance made this a wonderful experience. Of course, what else would one expect from Costco....the best service anyone could dream about!!!!
