.I setup a contract. The first time they were here was in December as I knew there were rodents in the attic and I wanted to get rid of them. They come now every other month. At first, they came every week to deal with a rat infestation. It was a problem. There was about 5 rats in the attic. It was expensive, but I have no frame of reference in relation to price. I saw them in the area and I called them. They sprayed the house. They were very nice about doing it before I moved in. I will continue to use their services. My contract is 86 dollars every other month. My initial visit was 75 dollars. They did inspections inside and out and made recommendations.
