Ceramic Tile Service
$1,400
The inside work of cutting drywall and repairing plumbing went well.  I was pleased with this work.  However, the patio repair was not satisfactory.  It looked good when he finished and the patio was wet, so I paid him.  After the patio dried, the grout was smeared everywhere.  I phoned him and he said he could come back out in about 2 wks.  I contacted him again in 3 weeks.  He did come out and mostly cleaned off the smeared grout.  He did leave a large patch that was smeared.  I sent him a pic and asked when he could come clean the smeared grout.  I have never heard back from him.  Now, the grout is cracking and coming out from between the tile.  Phone calls are not returned.
