The initial call was friendly and helpful. The appointment response was punctual to the minute! I appreciated that they explained in detail what their procedure was and gave me a concise timeline of when the job would be complete, so that I could plan my day. The staff was absolutely the most well mannered, pleasant, & professional (3) individuals I have ever had the pleasure of contacting for service. They moved my furniture & returned it without incident, especially careful to place all framed photos face down to prevent any potential accidental damage. I appreciated the detail and communication they provided to ensure a safe environment considering there was wet flooring & numerous hoses needed to perform the service. I was so satisfied that I asked for an estimate and will be hiring them to return to clean several wool rugs. I also appreciated a phone call the follow day from the owner to make sure I was happy with their services-ABSOLUTELY YES!

Matt came on time, explained the process to me and cleaned my tile and grout. Removed the grease under stove that had collected over the years.

Matt and his team are simply the BEST!!!  We have been customers of ProHome Care for well over 9 years, and they always do a fantastic job. 
We have a fairly large 2-story home and a lot of carpet.  Our carpets are over 13 years old, and are cream colored and have withstood the test of time, 4 kids and 3 dogs, thanks to ProHome Care.  We have had some horrible stains that they have been able to get out over the years, ranging from Red Wine (not a few drops - try spilling a whole bottle!), ground in black fondant and multi-colored, heavy pigmented cake frosting, deep orange colored snow cone dye, pet stains, coffee, grease, and mystery stains too.   They truly perform miracles!  Just when I think they won't be able to get something out of our carpet, they do!
Other carpet cleaning services come out and 2 months after cleaning your carpets, they are horribly dirty again and the stains come back, since they use soap that attracts dirt.  ProHome Care's soap-less method is superior to any other competitor that they may have, and it really works.  ProHome has cleaned our carpets probably 8 - 10 times since we have been their customers, and I know without them, we would have had to re-carpet our home long ago.
They arrive promptly, and have you take them through the area to be cleaned.  They closely inspect the condition of the carpets, and inquire as to all stains that they see.  Ideally, they want to know specifically what each stain was caused by, so that they can determine how best to treat it.  After they have done the walk-through, they quickly get to work.  They use special water from their own truck, move any furniture around to ensure they clean under it thoroughly, and place clear protector pads or small foam blocks under the furniture feet to protect the carpets and the furniture alike.  The carpets dry relatively quickly, in the regular areas.  Areas that were highly stained or heavy traffic might take a bit longer.  If we schedule in the morning, we are typically able to walk on most areas by the evening.
To sum it all up, ProHome Care is prompt, hard-working, courteous, professional, and definitely takes pride in a job well done.  Their prices are fair and they treat their customers with respect.

Matthew and his team were a little late due to traffic (Bad weather). However, he called to inform me of his delay. Upon arrival, they immediately prepared the area ensuring that all of our travertine floors were protected (We just had the floors cleaned and polished). They used the soapless product throughout the house. They identify the major spots on the carpets that would require additional attention. They were able to remove the wine stains from our carpet.  He provided us with some education on normal carpet wear and tear and some preventative measures.

Overall, The job was professionally done. They moved the big items (sofas, tables, etc) to ensure areas were vacuumed and cleaned. They focus on the high traffic areas to ensure cleanliness (granted our carpet is 10 yrs old).  I highly recommend Pro Home Care (Redlands). Matthew and his team are true professionals!
