Wall Prep

As an interior design consultant, I was looking for a detail oriented, metalicious painter. Someone willing to go the extra step to make the job excellent. I have worked with many painters and wanted to make a change to someone whose work ethic & craftmanship matched my expectations. Before using Kirk for my clients, I gave him the job of painting my interior which needed a lot of attention. I did get 2 additional bids. His price was in line with the other two bids so I wanted to get some additional recommendations. I went to my favorite Benjamin Moore store and separately interviewed 2 of the long time employees. Without a second thought, they both suggested Kirk. I had his bid within 24 hours after his home visit. He answered all of my questions and had a "can do" attitude. So many painters find a reason to avoid repairs but Kirk suggested detail changes that made the look even better than my expectations. He finished the job as scheduled. It was delightful to work with someone that you can trust from the 1st day. Also, his co-worker's attention to detail was refreshing. With my home complete, I am using Kirk for a large job which will require him to remove wallpaper, prep wall, repair drywall cracks, and then paint. I can recommend him to all my clients with complete confidence .
