We called Sue to come to the house because of suspected virus/malware on a 4 year old PC and to optimize a new Windows 10 PC. Also we needed help with 2 laptops. Sue was very organized, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. She found & eliminated 2 viruses on the old Windows 7 PC, set up the wifi on the laptops and the old computer. Very helpful with customizing the new Windows 10 PC. Gave us useful advise on a number of things including browsers and internet security.
The next day we couldn't get the printer to work with one of the computers & she straightened it out by remote control.
About a week later, Sue helped me by remote control with another computer in a different location. Sue is very intelligent and patient and very good to work with.
