the tree root removal went okay. The side walk repair was a miss. they cut my irrigation pipe trying to get a tree root out. But the next day after calling them about pipe they came out to fix the problem. In fixing the other side of my side walk they cut in half my water line. They wanted me to pay to have the pipe fixed. When i refused they came out and fixed it but left a big hole in my lawn where they had to fix the pipe. they never came back to fill the hole or pick up their pylons.

Gabriel from Oscar tree expert services was responsive all the time from initial estimate to job completion.   Upon inspection, Gabriel suggested to remove both trees (one cracked Italian stone pine, and one sick redwood).  Gabe also addressed all questions I have (whether to grind the stump).   Their price was pretty good, even though not the lowest we got.  They did provide proof full insurance (Liability, work comp, etc). 
The crew was on time, and did a good job to remove both trees safely with almost no damage to the property (if you count one piece of fence as casualty), which is pretty hard since both trees are on a slope so moving around was not that easy. 
Over all, I am happy about the job they did and would recommend them.

I really do like them but when he came pruning the trees in front of my house. Another contractor actually had the equipment to get  people up on a  chair into the trees and Oscar got his people to climb up. Oscar tree service came on time, they are very polite and easy to work with. They are very reliable and they did an excellent job on trees on both times.

We were very satisfied with the job. They are a fine company. They were professional and they do a good job trimming trees. We would use them again. I would definitely recommend them.
