I spent $200 on that work. They were very prompt and thorough. When they came out to replace the glass the first time, they noticed that it was damaged and they quickly got another one and there was no charge to me. I have nothing but good things to say about me.

They initially offered me a high price, but were negotiable with a larger order. Everything was done on time, with good quality and they were a pleasure to deal with. I made a mistake in measuring the shelves, and they fixed them for me at no extra charge. I would use them again!

THE STAFF WERE COURTEOUS, GAVE ME SOME GREAT ADVICE ABOUT ADDING A BEVEL AROUND THE EDGE OF THE MIRROR, AND HAD THE MIRROR DONE WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DONE. I GOT A CUSTOM MIRROR AT A PRICE THAT BEAT SHOWROOM MIRRORS AT MANY HOME INTERIOR STORES.

THE RECEPTIONIST WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS VERY HELPFUL. IT'S HARD TO FIND SOMEONE WHO WORKS ON POZZI WINDOWS AND SHE SAID MENLO ATHERTON GLASS FREQUENTLY WORKS ON THEM. I RECEIVED PROMPT SERVICE AND THE JOB WAS DONE WELL. THEY HAD TO COME BACK TO REPAIR ANOTHER WINDOW AND THAT, ALSO, WAS DONE WELL. THE REPAIR PERSON WAS FRIENDLY AND COMPETENT.
