Toyota agency quoted $600 to fix a loud exhaust rattle when accelerating my '93 Camry. Mand R put the car up on the rack, found a loose sheet metal shield around the exhaust manifold, which they tightened up. Sound/rattle now gone -- and when I asked how much I owed them, they said 'zero -- glad to help and it was trivial to fix'. Friendly fast honest service -- will be returning with all my work in the future!

I've been taking my Toyota Corolla to this shop for several years now. The mechanics here are honest and straight forward and the prices seem reasonable (for auto mechanics). The price for an oil change here is a little high, so I get that done elsewhere unless I'm bundling it with a repair for convenience. They are good at communicating and keeping to their estimates of how long repairs will take. The location is pretty good, it's on El Camino near Valparaiso, not far from the Menlo Park train station. There is also a car rental place across the street, which I've used a couple of times when my car needed major work.
