This was just one of many jobs that GoldenhammerBuilder has done forus over the past 15 or more years.  Job was completed in a timely fashion.  Rest of house, carpet/flooring etc. was protected from work in bathroom.  Exceptional care to property.  Timely, talented, clean, reasonable, exceptional skills and nothing they can't seem to take care of.
They have renovated a 1890's Tudor house for me including building an elevator shaft for new elevator and making stair rails that complimented the  paneling so you would think they came with the original house. Last mid July they began a
 renovation that had to be completed in two months - kitchen, living room, two offices, three bedrooms all new floors. One bathroom - total gut. Many repairs to damaged walls, doors etc.  All the electrical, lighting, fixtures, switches etc. had to be replaced , changed out or installed new. They accomplished everything on time and did a fabulous job for a great price.

I needed to slice 1 1/4" from my cabinets in order to fit in a larger refrigerator. I received multiple estimates. One said it was too difficult, buy a refrigerator that will fit. One was $800. Another was "too difficult to estimate. Will do on a time and materials basis at $90 an hour" - so I estimated $1000. Angel did the work and then came in at $100 under his estimate. His work was superb. I can't even tell that the cabinets were modified. He did the estimate, and the work was completed in just under 3 hours two days later. He has 20 years experience. He may be difficult to schedule - all of his work comes from word of mouth and referrals and he's usually booked 9 months in advance. Since he's usually fully booked he has no website and does no advertising.
