We are so happy we have them to call.  They were wonderful especially the guy who came to the house because he was so helpful and it is a pleasure to be with.  Even though there is so much technology available we initially could not take our equipment to some place because we got some mail order...I don't remember how we found them.  Anyway, they were wonderful.  They mainly serve computer businesses but they were more than happy to come.  They were very reasonable and none judgmental.  They were very helpful for us.  They did not even charge the travel time because they were in the area.

The guy who comes to make the house call is incredibly smart and knows what he is doing. He gets to the problem immediately. He is very helpful and helps us with other things besides what we usually call him for such as installing better security software for free and that sort of thing. He helped us order a new laptop when the other one crashed.
