BLANCA'S HOUSECLEANING

Blanca was referred to me by my neighbor and has been a great addition to our work/life balance for the past two years. She spends a few hours every two weeks doing all of the hard core scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming, etc that we never seem to have time to do. Totally worth it if you aren't a natural clean freak, I must confess.... She is a perfectionist, totally trustworthy and relatively affordable, at $20-$25 per hour for herself plus a helper. She prefers to work in Redwood City- Mountain View. You provide your preferred cleaning detergents, etc. I spend $65 per visit for a 1200 square foot, 2 bed 2 bath house. But in terms of man hours I am paying for 6 hours, 3 hours times 2 people. So I think it's a great deal. Multiple friends now use her. One note: when you call her, have a little patience: she speaks decent English, but you may need to repeat yourself a couple times.
