I needed to evaluate floor support options for crawlspace based flooring to support a 200 Gallon aquarium and Zoran was very responsive, accommodating with a very quick turn around. Zoran was a pleasure to work with, was very informative and answered all my questions along with a proposed solution. Would definitely recommend him.

Zoran did a great job in a timely fashion. He is responsive to questions. His work got approved by the building dept without any problems. My only gray area that wasn't clearly communicated was his fee structure. Overall though, I'd still recommend him to others.

The Structural Engineer that inspected my home, was very knowledgeable and patient in answering and clarifying what real problems are as opposed to something that is purely cosmetic or irrelevant. There was no problem with my foundation or the structural integrity of my home. It's amazing how sometimes ignorance can lead to worries that are completely unnecessary. He was honest and professional, two very important qualities for the people requiring this kind of consulting and that just don't have any knowledge in the matter. Thank you!

When the engineer arrived, I began to describe my assessment of the situation briefly. Rather than hear my explanation, I more or less felt that he said to me, "I'm the engineer. I'll do the analyzation." As if to say, "I don't really need to hear what you have to say". It was like going to see a doctor, and not have the doctor first listen to me describe the problem. He wasn't actually rude. He just didn't seem to care to hear what I wanted to say.
