Alternative Heating and A/C Solutions

Terrible. I should be writing a police report instead of this report. TWICE, I had an appointment with them for service and both times, the serviceman failed to show up. Both times I called and was told he was on another job and would not be coming to my home. I received no notification of this and was met with giggles when I complained. Don't waste your time with this outfit.

It could have gone a lot better.  They did end up getting it right.  It was difficult to get them to that point.  I called Angie's List and paid $85.  When their guy came out he was very difficult to deal with.  It worked but then I called back right away to tell them that I used the system for a long time and normally we would set the thermostat to 74 degrees but after he came out the compressor would turn on but I would have to turn it down to 67 degrees to get it to kick on.  It took several phone calls to get the payment situation figured out.

The installation of a new Trane furnace was done professionally, competently, and by two very pleasant and accommodating workmen. A really good job!

Great job! Mike did a great job of explaining things and laying out our options. He patiently responded to multiple questions, calls and emails. When the job started, Louis and the team were courteous and professional. They cleaned up after the end of the day and they took great pride in their work; it shows! We now have a nice, quiet furnace that heats our house well. Highly recommend Mike and will continue to use his company for servicing.

Everything went pretty well. It took them a lot longer to actually get the stuff and they didn't have it all together. It took them a month instead of week. They got there in the end but it was not exactly a great job. The good thing is that they give thought to the solution of the problem. I had some different things I wanted to get them to fix and they were more thoughtful than the other guys in terms of the solution to the problem. On the other hand, it was an expensive solution and it took them long to do. They came to my house 7 or 8 times in the course of the month, but still didn't put everything together. I like what we ended up with however it was expensive.

They are very responsive. They said they would be here at a certain time and they were. They have always been very nice.

My gas furnace fan was not turning on, so the heat was not pushing
through the house. I called on a Saturday, and Mike Rebholtz called
back.  He came out to look on Sunday morning, and diagnosed the
problem.  He ordered the part on Monday and the repair person came out
on Wednesday morning to install it. He explained the problem to me
clearly.  He also took time to replace filters and to walk through the
house to make sure that the air was coming out of the various vents with
enough force.  One was not doing so, and he fixed it by making an
adjustment.  He explained it all to me, so that i could be more
proactive in the future.
