They have the worst year commitment contract I’ve ever find in my life. They don’t want to come out and fix anything. They want you to call them on the phone and they walk you through everything. Last month, I was on the phone for over an hour to fix a problem with my computer. It was supposed to be high speed and it was just being slow. They were telling me it was my modem by I just took my hard drive checked and cleaned and I had no virus or anything. It’s hard to get them to commit the service. I had a remote on my one TV that the mute button wouldn’t work which 99% of the time its fine. This was the second call on this problem, they finally sent me out a new remote. Sometimes the TV signal just goes bye-bye and they can’t fix that problem and I don’t know why. The customer service is nibble of parts like you go online and you want to have some service done and there’s a little box on the right hand corner for a digital chat. You’re not really chatting with a live person but you’re chatting with the computer.
