The journeyman Plumber, Mr. Clarence was Resposible. Dependable and Reliable, he came on time and finished the job with an explanation of what he performed ...he even stated if you have any problems with the work performed today please call me and I will come back and check it out within 48 hours. I WOULD hire him again!!!

Booked 2 days out. Cancelled 1.5 hours before job. Lame non-specific excuse. Didn?t have the professionalism / courtesy of calling me on the phone; sent text instead. But I guess people don?t use the phone much anymore. This job (new wax ring for toilet) was scheduled during the workweek, so I burned 1 day of time-off. Now, he cost me money. I don?t recommend.

Clarence took the time to investigate what needed to be done; wrote up a very detailed quote with diagram; and explained to me what the process was going to be. Kingdom plumbing did the install and took great care to clean up after the job. The price was very reasonable for the work performed.

He was very thorough when he came in, provided sketches and diagrams on what he was going to do, and took the time to explain everything clearly, he answered for all my questions, and made sure that everything was clean and follow up the work. I was very happy with the work.
