They do good work at trimming, but scratched my redwood fence and gate in numerous places and tore my window screen as they were carrying cut branches out from the back yard. When this was pointed out to the head worker on the job, he said to call the office; I called 5 or 6 times over the next month and they never responded and denied any responsibility. I had to hire people and pay for the screen replacement and fence repair.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED. HE DID COMPLETE AND CLEAN WORK AND DID IT IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WILL HAVE HIM COME OUT AGAIN TO TRIM MY OTHER TREES NEXT YEAR.
