SO VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! We had used this company before and gave Oscar an and quot;Aand quot;rating.
It was our understanding (my husband and I) that they would trim two pampas grass bushes and clean up (remove weeds, trim roses, ect) from our side yard that is visible by the main street through our community . The estimate they gave was for $150.
On the day Oscar and his brother came out to give us the estimate we also asked for an estimate for the complete removal of three pampas grass bushes and a dead tree. Estimate was $300. We advised them we could not have anything removed at this time as we needed approval from our HOA. We would get in touch with them for a later date of service for the removals.
Oscar did not come out on the day they were to trim the bushes and clean the side yard. The person that came was his brother. They did not notify us when they arrived. My husband noticed them in the yard. They removed a tree that they were not supposed to touch, they trimmed three pampas bushes, they were only suppose to do two, and they did a horrific job, left behind scraps all over the hill that we are still cleaning up, they did not clean the side yard up as we agreed upon.
My husband and I spoke with the brother and he said that the estimate was $150 to just trim the bushes and that he had trimmed the roses and we had a miss-communication. There is no language barrier here, there is now way we would have agreed to $150 to trim two bushes. We also advised him there was possibility of a fine from our HOA charging a fine since they removed a tree they were not suppose to. He did not appears to care. He said they would spray some round up on the weeks and rack up a bit more. We did not feel that was acceptable. This area was to be cleaned up, period. I called Oscar on the phone and he basically told me I was wrong, he was out of the country and I would have to deal with his brother, he did not have the time nor seem to care they did bad work. After I spoke with Oscar I look outside and the brother and his helper had left.
We did pay them the full $150 but should not have. We have had two other landscapers come out and both estimate were significantly lower. We are now out additional money since they did not do the job as estimated. I wish we could post photo so you could see how badly the pampas grass and area looks! We also advised him there was possibility of a fine from our HOA since they removed a tree they were not suppose to. He did not seem to care!

It went really well. They put a timer on our drip system and changed all sorts of heads. They even mowed around everything.

Oscar and his crew are great. He came out the day I called him to give me an estimate to remove the drooping fronds
from our palms. Our HOA has a fit if we do not keep them trimmed. His price was good compared to what we have paid in the past. Told him I would call the next week to schedule a date. I let him know we did not want them to use shoe spikes to trim the trees as a prior company had damaged the palms badly. They came out the next week, used ladders, did an AWESOME job and were quick about it. We plan on using them again for additional work (sprinkler systems need some help).

The gardeners just stopped coming one month, without any attempt to contact me. They always came to the door to collect the check for the next month's bill, but one month they never came to the door, never attempted to collect, and I never saw them again. This was inconvenient as I only noticed they had stopped coming when my lawn became overgrown. There were also some issues when they were actually maintaining my yards. There were some herbs growing in my front yard that during the interview they said they wanted to remove. I gave instructions not to remove them. However, they went ahead and cut them all out on their first week of yard care. Also, during this time, patches of my front yard and large portions of my back yard died. Some of this was certainly not due to neglect on their part (I had a dog in the back yard that wore out some of the lawn), however it seemed that they could have done something for at least the front yard. Regardless, they never contacted me about it or gave any indication that they felt any responsibility for the problem.
That being said, they always showed up every week and did keep the grass trimmed and other plants tidy. For the most part I felt I did not have to worry about caring for the yards while they were active.
I would not recommend this company.

I was most pleased with the service. They were polite, efficient and the price was more than fair. In fact, I called them to remove a shrub which was affecting the use of my air conditioner and they came practically right away. I will probably hire them to do my regular gardening service.

They were responsive and professional - squeezed me in for an estimate, scheduled me a couple days out and then all went as planned that day.
The price seemed fair to me for parts and labor (and I'm and quot;frugaland quot;). They also talked me out of an unnecessary add-on that would've been good business for them, and then replaced one additional sprinkler head under the initial estimate.
Happy to work with them again.

The Garcia's knew what to do and performed their job flawlessly. We are very pleased.

It looked like they had convenient hours. They had a good rating on Angie's list so I thought we could try them. They did an excellent job.

They do all of my gardening, planting, etc. They are excellent. They are honest, reasonably priced and show up on time all the time.

When we were first given an estimate, the price included weekly mowing, irrigation maintenance, weed removal, and monthly fertilizing. The only service that was actually performed was the weekly mowing, and even then, the lawn looked like either the lawn mower's blade was not regularly sharpened, or set too low. The lawn looked dull and brown, the weeds were never removed from the flower beds, and the irrigation system was never inspected, even though dead spots were forming in the yard. It seemed obvious that the owners did not take pride in their work, because a healthy lawn and yard is the best form of advertising for a landscaping business.
I was very disappointed with this company because the services promised were not the services rendered. I would only recommend this company if you are looking for someone to cheaply cut your grass to avoid a fine from the city or HOA, and if you are not too concerned with the curb appeal of your house. If you are looking for someone to maintain the appearance of your yard...you might want to look elsewhere. We hired a different lawn maintenance company shortly after, and within a week our yard started to show signs of improvement.

The are doing a great job.

They were very good. They came out in the morning and looked at it. They came back later in the afternoon and finished the job. They seemed very reliable. A couple of the sprinklers were broken or not working properly. They came out and did some work on them and fixed them. They were all done pretty quickly. The price was not much. It was pretty reasonable.

They were very quick and reasonable and I was very happy with them. I have some more landscaping that needs to be torn out and replaced and I will definitely use them because they were great. They charged me a $100 to prune a couple of yucca trees and three palm trees. I was very happy with the price for what they did.
