  1. .Denise sold my mother's house for us after she passed away. She was always on top of things and professional, and very communicative. We
    lived about 75 miles away, and Denise was extremely helpful in finding people to do repairs, coordinating with them to get things done for us,
    and even going to the store to pick up paint, etc. She watched over the house for us, cleaned up any problems, and made sure things looked nice. The house sold at our expected price in only a few days, and Denise guided us through some tangles very skillfully
