Very well. Finished up on time on schedule and on budget.

It was a lot more work than expected, but Claudio stayed and finished the job even though it took him 5.5 hours and he did not charge me a penny more than he quoted. He worked consistently, and was a couple of minutes early. His work ethic was great and he cleaned up after himself.

CGS Electric was great! We had them completely rewire our home, put in a new electrical box and move a power line. I can’t say enough good things about them. Claudio (the owner) is great, answered all of my questions and would get back to me right away if I called. They gave us a really good price, were here everyday promptly at the time they said, and finished the project quickly and beyond our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with their work and will certainly use them for all of our future needs.

Our old house has found a new best friend in Claudio...I called late at night when the problem first happened and by the next morning he had returned my call and found a  way to schedule an appointment for that day. If we could give  him a rating of 10 stars we would---he was punctual, professional and the quality of his work was excellent (as well as his prices) .. I'm a little intimidated by electrical problems-- but he made it seem so easy and not difficult at all! We have also asked him to install an outdoor security light for my mother who lives with us-- we felt assured by his advice as to what kind of light and where  and how to have it installed. Thank you Claudio for a job very well done!

We used CGS Electric once before several years ago and liked their work and reviews on Angie's List, so we had Claudio come back for this job. As always, he was easy to schedule for an appointment and arrived promptly.  We had purchased two new ceiling fans and he installed them for us. One replaced an old fan that wasn't working properly and the other replaced an overhead ceiling light. Both look great now and Claudio programmed the remote controls for us and showed us how to use them.  Likewise on the outdoor lighting, he replaced two non-functioning lights with new ones that we had purchased.  
We were very happy with the installations and plan to have CGS come back in the near future to install another ceiling fan in a room where there is currently no electrical box in the ceiling..  CGS also can install phone jacks, cable wiriing, etc. and we plan to use those services in the future. I would recommend them to friends.

Claudio came and installed a whole house surge suppressor.  He had great communication via email, was on time, and performed the services quickly.  He did a nice clean job and explained everything that he was doing.  We definitely work with him again in the future.

I work and Claudio came to my house on a Saturday to give me a bid.  He was very responsive, reasonable, and saw the best way to solve the problem at the least cost.  Because this was an outside job, they were able to do what I needed while I was at work.   They did a great job and it everything looks great.  It also works great and for the first time in a long time I have peace of mind and lights back on the side of the house.  I am so happy that I am having them back in a couple of weeks to fix some indoor lighting and later to rewire the garage.  I highly recommend CGS Electric.

I have been using Claudio for years and he is currently on my speed dial.   He is everything a usual professional tradesman is not.  His communication is spot on, he shows up at the time he said he would, his quote is his bill no add ons, and the job is always done to perfection.  We were quoted 2200.00 to do the same job he did for 600.00 so why use anyone else?

Claudio has been my go to electrician for over 5 years. He's exactly the type of contractor I like to work with:  a reliable owner / operator who performs the work himself and shows concern for all the little details to get the job done right. 
He's sophisticated enough and has well-trained help to do the big jobs with precision, such as electrical for a kitchen remodel, replacing old aluminum wiring throughout our whole house, and many other jobs he's done for us over the years. But he's also available and is very responsive if we have a smaller need or quick fix.
His prices are also fair and reasonable.  Not the cheapest, but certainty much less than larger contractors and other price gougers out there.  And importantly, he's also a nice guy with a good attitude with roots and family right here in Huntington Beach.

We were very, very happy.

Claudio was very responsive.  He immediately returned the call, came out and provided a reasonable estimate for the work.  Outlined the timeline and steps in the process.  We only had about 5 hrs of time when the house was completely de-energized.  They replaced the ancient electrical panel with an upgraded version.  Contacted SoCalEdison for the permits and inspections.  Re-stuccoed the area after the installation.  We were very impressed with the professionalism, the crew, the cleanliness and quality of the work.
We have found a great electrician!  We will definitely use him again when we have other electrical needs!
