They did a great job. Very professional and courteous. They also informed me I had Milgard Windows and that they had a lifetime warranty. Several of my windows have condensation between them. I contacted Milgard and now they are coming out to replace my windows free of charge.

Amazing duo! Professional, prompt. Great work. Heidi even rescheduled (after checking with me first) due to rain and kept in close contact and was very polite. They provided advice on upkeep and maintenance as well, which was super helpful. My house feels brand new now that the windows are spotless. Also, my clean solar panels are pumping out more juice again. They use the right products for the right jobs. Thank you, Blue Diamond!

Andy and Heidi did a great job on everything. The ultrasonic blind cleaning was well worth the price on our 18-year-old blinds that had gotten very grungy after a major remodeling project. When they left, everything was spotless, including the window tracks, and the blinds looked like new, even the cords.

They showed up on time. They completed the job in the time they estimated. They were professional, friendly, and clean.

It went very well. Getting through the gate in the gated community can be difficult but not this time. The work was done at the appointed time and paid for by credit card.

I hired Andy and Heidi in 2014 to wash my windows and also do ultrasonic cleaning of all my blinds.  They did an exceptional job and were so friendly and professional.  I knew I would continue to use their services.  This time I just wanted my windows cleaned and set up the appointment.  Heidi called the day before to confirm the appt., they were here as scheduled and they again did a wonderful job and it was like having friends come over to help out with some house work.  I will continue to call them whenever I need their services in the future.

Blue Diamond provides excellent service, and I can see why they have a perfect 5 star rating. Heidi from Blue Diamond booked our appointment over the phone. They squeezed us in on a Saturday when I explained we were putting our house on the market, even though they were already booked a couple of weeks out. 
Andy, who came and washed the windows, was punctual, courteous, and very thorough. He estimated that the job would take about 4 hours (I had 27 very dirty windows!), but it took a little longer because he was very meticulous about doing a good job. My windows are now so clean, it looks like I don't have any windows! I highly recommend Blue Diamond, and will definitely call them again.

Heidi and Andy did a wonderful job cleaning our very dirty windows, leaving them sparkling clean.  They were pleasant, punctual conscientious and very professional. They arrived within the two hour time frame promised and gave us a call to let us know that they were on their way and their expected arrival time.  While working they were quiet and efficient and were careful to protect walls and floors while washing the interior of windows. All in all our experience with Blue Diamond Window Cleaning was very positive and pleasant and we will definitely use them again.  

The windows and screens were clean, as well as the window sills and tracks.  There were no water spots left on the window sills and the windows were sparkling!! They had quoted me a price, but when they go to my house, the price was LOWER!! Yippe!!

Contractor arrived at promised time, wore booties while working in the house, explained all services and existing conditions as work proceeded. Rain was forecast and they offered a 7-day rain insurance.

Besides doing a wonderful job getting my windows sparkling clean, they provided an excellent resource to build me custom screens on a challenging french door. The team was very personable, professional, and punctual. I will definitely call on them again for future services.

Setting up the appointment went very well. Heidi and Andy arrived when promised. They worked very efficiently and professionally, and didn't leave any messes. We were extremely pleased with the work they did.
We were interested in applying tinting film on some of the windows, and measurements were taken. However, 2 of the most important windows are textured, and Andy said the tinting film would not work on those. He suggested installing cellular shades on those windows, and Heidi was to have emailed information about this type of shades. Three weeks went by and we hadn't gotten any info from Heidi, so we emailed her. We still have received no response, so assume they're not interested in any more of our business.

This family (husband, wife or son) team arrived on time and did the work promptly. They have high quality standards and leave no streaks anywhere.

They arrived on time, were very polite and professional.  Both Heidi and Andy were very clean and they are great with animals!

We had to reschedule the window cleaning two times due to other projects and they were flexible and understanding.  Heidi and Andy are professional, friendly, have excellent follow-up and did an excellent job.  Andy found some leaks in our dual pain windows and we are grateful that he pointed them out.  We would use Blue Diamond again and have referred them to our friends and relatives.
