Cannon with Ancora Pool Care is great, he has been the only person that I know I can fully trust with my pool. He’s young yet so dedicated to his business. As soon as he took over my pool again it’s sparkling blue! I can not say enough good things about Cannon, you really won’t regret making the switch when it comes to him.

He is very proactive, knowledgable, extremely thorough always on time, communicates very well, and does the job right the first time. 1. Proper cleaning and guaranteed aesthetic pool tile refreshing were never provided as promised. 2. Faulty pool equipment was installed and not replaced as requested by the owner.

"Respectfully I would like to address this customers frustration with the following statement: Jim's pool had a waterline that was synthetic rocks which were painted dark brown with roll on house paint before I took over the service of the pool. I mean no offense, but this is a very poor idea for a swimming pool to begin with. On top of the rolled on paint, his previous pool care allowed a white line to form due to bad water chemistry. For the period of time that I serviced this pool the line never got any worse and actually started to get better from my skilled chemistry knowledge. I told Jim from the start that it would be a very slow proce"

Cannon committed to cleaning my pool. Did not show as promised. When I reached out to him he indicated he changed the service day in my area and would come today. Did not show today. When I inquired I was told he did not have time and for me to find someone else to clean my pool. Lack of communication and unprofessional.
