They were quick to respond with an estimate. Their estimate was close to the lowest provided. They were local, flexible, prompt and kept to the agreed upon schedule. The quality of the work is excellent and they cleaned up everything before leaving.

Jason was both efficient and professional in his attitude, demeanor and work ethic.  He arrived on time (a big plus in my book).  Installed in, what I would consider to be, a record time.  There was no wasted effort and his focus was on the task at hand.  Upon completion he completely cleaned up all debris and reinstalled all the furniture.  With the exception of the new flooring you wouldn't know that he had ever been there.  I would recommend RG Floors.

I was very impressed that Jason didn't just give me an estimate over the phone like so many other places.  He actually came to the house and did a very thorough look-over. He measured every room and did a couple of moisture tests to check our foundation.  He later sent me a detailed estimate by email to look over. It was a little tough getting on the schedule for the actual job but once the holiday rush was over, Jason was quick to get us on the books.  He was also willing to schedule over a weekend to keep us from having to use too many vacation days for the project.  He and his crew were a real pleasure to work with. They were very professional, courteous, and considerate of our things.  The finished floor looks fantastic.  Since our flooring was fairly heavy-duty they were able to lay the floor in all one direction in the house so it looks like the house came that way.  We had some very picky angles and tricky spots to work in and Jason did it all perfectly.  I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone else.
