Chris Larson of Sunset Reality has contracted our plumbing services on 2 occasions. The first time she was very late with payments several personal notices were required and it took one bounced check and one check that the credit union even refused to cash, but we finally after several months were payed. On the second occasion she has currently after several promises refused to pay anything at all, it has been over a year now, and I am led to believe a small claims procedure must be initiated in order to receive payment for our services. As a result we were left to swallow a huge material cost and are currently suffering a loss of over $1,800 as a result of material and labor losses. The dealings with Ms. Larson have put my company and family in a serious financial disposition for some time.
