After 8 days of delay, 3 workmen, cutting into pipes under the house and using my neighbors garden hose to clear the clog, I was charged $557 after a verbal estimate of $350. No essential plumbing equipment was used. To start, this plumber cut a hole in my kitchen window screen to access the hose. Attempting to clear the plug from under the sink, this water method failed due to "many years of grease build up." After more delays, 3 men go under the house, cut the pipe and use the cold water method on a grease clog again. Failed. Finally on day 8, the cold hose method clears the "years of grease build up" while I am at work. Never did I anticipate these troubles since this pipe had been cleared and cleaned out one year prior by another company using and electric rotor. All in a timely manner. I found this current company marked by exaggerated fabrications, consistent delays and magnified charges.

I called Tim at 9:30 am on Sunday. His employee Cris was already on a call but was at my door within two hours. He was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he had to do for the repair and showed me the worn parts. The shower is 35 years old so he had to go to the local hardware store for parts. After the repair was done he cleaned up after himself. After we paid the bill he was kind enough to answer my wifes question about a plumbing problem in our other bathroom.

It went well. He looked at the job and offered to try and fix it that night, so I could have running water all night. I said I could get by without water overnight. He estimated the price at about $350. He returned the next morning and completed the work. He did an excellent job. It was more than he expected, but he replaced all the parts of the water-inlet and with good quality parts. He used brass parts; the original work was with inferior parts. He gave me a senior discount. I would use him again.
