Dean Wilson, at Ming Tree Realty, McKinleyville, CA, is the best real estate agent we have worked with - encompassing three residential purchases in the past several years. Faced with a move from Crescent City, CA to Eureka, CA, my husband's new employer put us in touch with Dean Wilson as a potential real estate agent. From the beginning, Dean was responsive, helpful, and insightful. He used all the latest technology to help us screen houses and save wasted time looking at homes that did not meet our criteria. He previewed homes throughout the area before we toured and knew details about each. He showed us the entire area, helping us determine our location priorities. After we made an offer, Dean followed every detail and didn't miss a beat. Inspections were lined up, calendars were coordinated...the whole process was made as simple and easy as possible. Dean Wilson is the best!
