Small Appliance Repair
Karl was excellent! He gave us a fair estimate and timeline before the work was started and, despite additional problems cropping up (our house is a bit old) he finished within the estimated time. He provided us the receipts for the items he purchased and he provided us an accurate accounting of his time. Furthermore, although other problems cropped up that were outside of Karl's control, he stayed with the cost estimate as well. The results of his work are outstanding and we would absolutely recommend Karl (Matlock Construction) to anyone. In fact, we have other projects in the pipeline and intend to use him for those projects.
