DONT HIRE HIM. HE GIVES YOU AN ESTIMATE THEN HE SAYS IT WILL COST MORE. THEN WHEN YOU PAINT CHIPS AWAY HE SAYS HE WILL COME BACK TO FIX AND NEVER SHOWS UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live in a order home there were cracks that had to be repaired all the other painter could not do it because they only knew sheet rock Mario people have excellent skills now my wall are repaired beyond what I would have hoped. In addition they covered my rug and furniture and there were no paint drops anywhere. They did a great Job!!

I was promised certain things that were not done. I walked into my master bathroom to find a can of paint on my brand new rug brush in the sink and pee in my toilet. I understand having to go to the bathroom but when your done flush it. Everything worked before it was taken down and when it was put back something did not work and the ow er said it wasnâ t his fault .

We hired this company to paint the exterior of our house, which had not been painted in many years. At first, we were thrilled with the work---the house looked great! However, six months later, and the paint is now peeling off the walls. After multiple attempts to reach Mario, he finally came out to check the issue. He was incredibly rude and condescending, telling us our house was built with *c*** wood* (no different from all the other houses in this neighborhood) and/or the wood was too old. Or the color we chose was too dark. NONE of this was mentioned at the time of the estimate, and no suggestion was ever made that the paint might not adhere due to the condition of the wood. I should have checked Yelp reviews first because they were pretty bad. The owner sent a paint rep from Kelly Moore out to take paint samples to see if the paint was defective, but we have heard nothing back and it has been a week since the paint rep was out. The paint rep told my husband that when wood is old or in bad shape, there is a special primer that can be used that helps fill in the cracks, but that was never mentioned to us, either. All in all, we have been dealing with this for a month and it does not seem to be a priority at all to the owner. First he ignored our calls, then he scheduled a couple of times to come out and did not show, and now nothing.

The painting team was very professional and courteous. I have the new house feeling all over again! They were great on detail work! The bubble ceiling looks very good (yes I still have those!). the clean up was very good. I would differently recommend Mario and His team.

Mario did a professional job. The prep work was excellent. He even picked up the baseboards at the lumber yard then painted them before installation. They did the job in three days. The inside looks great. I highly recommend him and his work.

Mario and his crew were always there when they said they would be there, very attentive to details, flexible on scheduling and the goal is to have happy, satisfied customers. After the job was completed there was some touch up that was needed and he was out there with one of his guys and they took care of the items the next day. I've referred Mario and Bronze Painting to several friends and will continue to do so!

Mario and his crew did a good job and on time 3 Days, Good price, But did not do all that i was told he would do for the price. (not real happy about that) i am 500 miles away from the house so i could not be their. had to see pictures from other contractors. that is why i can not give them 5 stars

The project was supposed to be completed within 4-5 day per our contract, but it's way delayed. For the work quality, the big crack they caulked on the stucco wall is shown there again after 2 weeks they painted my house. some paints left on my windows, I spent the whole day to clean up. They also broke several concrete tiles on the roof, Mario said that they will fix the roof after they're done with my project, but he just glued titles with silicone, those tiles with missing chips/corner should be replaced, glue doesn't help! I didn't argue with Mario as I'm too nice and tired, I just paid full amount and let them go. For the warranty that Mario promised, I'm stilling waiting for the warranty, but I don't think he will send me any warranty of his work/paint. (Mario said he will email me the warranty on the day they left, but I've been waiting for 3 weeks...) I would NOT recommend Bronze Painting to my friends, they're not honest, not professional, no warranties, and you'll need to prepare another $1000 to fix your roof and clean up the mess, just really painful experience.

"When I met Julie I never thought that she would be this kind of person on the very first day if I want to work everything was going fine at the end of the day and every other day that we were there she had nothing but complaints, She complained about tile being broken she complained about the callers she complained about the product and all this was disclosed prior to starting tge job, I went up on the roof with the clients and showed her that the cracks were pre-existing because they already had silicone caulking on the cracks there was probably two additional new crocs for my man I fixed I went up on the roof with the clients and showed her that the cracks were pre-existing because they already had silicone caulking on the cracks there was probably two additional new crocs that could've had been from my man I fix those those, but every day that we were there I have nothing but complaints from her during the working hours my man would tell me that she seemed fine with him provided them drinks so I don't honestly understand why this woman is providing such a negative review, we have the other jobs in the same neighborhood and had never got a negative review from her neighbors, in my observation this client has two personalities, I have a great crew that care about their work and we provide a good, honest, quality service we are by no means perfect but try to be."

With a tight timeline, Mario and his crew came in and worked hard to get the work completed in the agreed to 3-day timeframe. I am sometimes called picky and Mario made sure that I was completely satisfied; he even came back to take care of a few minor items. He has great customer focus and it shows in the high ratings his company receives. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Bronze painting and highly recommend them.
