They are very reliable. I like them because they are one of the two contractors who still use sheet metal in their work whereas everyone else uses plastic. I didn't want that, I wanted sheet metal. I have them service the unit once a year. You can have a contract with them which I did not do when we got the unit but I do have them come every year. They are really good. I would recommend them without any hold back because they are very good. If I need a new unit they will be the only ones I would ever call.
