They showed up promptly. The foreman was very customer service oriented. I was content with the services, I've dealt with a lot of movers and you can't expect a whole lot, until the main crew left and the two guys stayed to put the furniture together. I realized soon I should have told them I'd put my own furniture together. They spent a long time trying to put together some shelves before they called it quits on those shelves. When they went to put some other shelves together, they put some long screws straight through the top of the top shelf, ruining the finish. They didn't have the know-how to do the tasks they were tasked with. As they were putting stuff together, I was putting things away in another room, and they just left. No goodbye, nothing.
