I am now having problems in opening, closing and locking my security door. I have called 4 times to schedule an appointment to have Mr. Patterson to come out and adjust my door. After the first call, he made an appointment but never showed up or called. He then called me the next day and said he could come. I had two appointments that day. I called him 3 more times to schedule an appointment. No response. Therefore, I do not recommend Mr. Patterson, nor will I call him again. Review by Betty H. You a City, C.A. "Betty called me after another company she said incorrectly installed a storm door, she had them remove it for a refund, She requested a security door to be installed so I did so, several months later she called to ask If I could come adjust the door that was not operating correctly. I scheduled an appointment with her to make an adjustment, I kept that appointment but no answer at the door when I arrived. Left my card at the door with time and date, 2 phone calls to follow up and no answer back from her. I would be more than happy to make any adjustments necessary to the security door free of charge if she can just contact me back at 530-237-7008."

Clint was hired to repair some ceiling drywall. After completing the work, he called back to say that the results did not meet standards. He returned a few days later to make some modifications; all at his own expense. Great job!

I had planned on having Bone Construction, also referred to me through home advisor, do my projects; however; his,quote for my fence repair was too high. His quote for the dryrot repair and repaint for my exterior doorway was acceptable, but he kept canceling. My house is on the market and I needed to complete the repair so I could get the pest inspection report signed off. I called Patterson's and he came out the very next day and did the dryrot repair and repaint for less than Bone Construction had quoted and he did a great job. I will be giving his name to my family and friends who need to have jobs done. I couldn't have been happier with his work and rapid response to my request. UPDATE: On the dryrot replair, rather than replacing the full board, he pieced the wood--leaving a visible seam. Then, he only painted that side of the door frame, so I had to call him back to complete the paint. I wouldn't recommend him or give him 5 stars.

"I told Karen up front there were a couple different ways to do the repair to door frame, one being to replace the door and frame with a new prehung door, the other less expensive option was to cut out and replace the bottom portion of the frame. It was her decision to do the less expensive repair because the house was up for sale. As discussed in the estimate, I painted the repair with paint provided by the owner, paint did not match very well so on request I went back free of charge and painted the entire frame. Karen was so happy with my service she asked me to rescreen her patio door. She has not contacted me with any complaints about my work since, If she had I would have addressed them to keep her business."

Clint repaired a leaky cooler, outside faucet and replaced an backing for the electrical panel to the pool. Very fast and professional. Couldnt be more pleased. Have asked him to schedule additional carpentry work for us in April. Looking forward to have him work for us again.

Hired this company to replace my exterior personnel garage door/frame. Clint worked with me to get a door that matched the house perfectly. Upon installation, we noticed that the wall was uneven and the concrete was unlevel. Clint worked it out and the door is fantastic. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Very personable with great quality at an affordable price!

We were very pleased with the job that was done. We will definitely be calling Patterson's Handyman services for any other jobs that may come up with our rental property again. We live out of state, we know we can get trustworthy, and quality all in the same. This is so very hard to find, in this day and age. Patterson Handyman services are awesome, and affordable.

He was on time and did the job in a timely manner. When he was finished he cleaned up did not leave a mess. He did a very professional job and we couldn't be happier.His prices are. totally fair. Clint did a number of maintenance/replacement work items for me. I'd accumulated quite a list. He returned my call promptly and came by to see the work to be done right away. He was very professional, courteous, checked materials costs with me before purchase, finished the work in the promised time frame. I believe the cost for labor was fair and I am very, very happy with the completed work. He is very meticulous. I highly recommend Clint for any work you may be contemplating.

He was excellent. He is a little slow about coming back, several days to do the work, she was upset, but he does good work. With all the things that are important, he is very good getting it done. He is a very courteous young man, has done a lot of work for me.
