BrianPalmer answered the phone and answered all questions very professionally. Even though he had not ever worked on our model of car he told us he'd feel very comfortable working on the problem. He kept us informed on when we'd get the car back. He only charged us for horn part and repair. He fixed AC but never charged us.

They are great. We have used them since 1995, 18 years now. It is a family business and they do a quality job. They are very good at getting back to you before the work is performed to ensure you approve the cost. They perform the work in a timely manner and call if it will be longer than planned.

They had agreed, at my begging, to check out my diesel PU to try to find out why it had trouble starting, even though they told me the usually only smog test diesel engine, not work on them. They did their best, and eliminated several causes, but finally told me whatever was wrong was beyond their expertise. All the while they were kind and courteous. They replaced a switch in the linkage, fixing a problem another shop had told me was a brake issue and would cost $400 to repair. I plan to take my car (not a diesel) to this shop in the future.

He has been outstanding for me years.
